Family dinners return to Friendship Hall
Almost 190 people filled the newly renovated Friendship Hall last Wednesday to break bread(sticks!) and share lasagna made by Chef Teri and Natalie Engle—and hosted by Carol Solenberger and the engagement team. See more photos HERE. Check out the menu for October and sign up to eat alongside your church family soon!

Feed my sheep
Anonymous gift for the Village Food Pantry
It is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that hunger happens elsewhere—not nextdoor. According to FeedingAmerica.org, 10.4% of households in Johnson County were food insecure in 2023. In Wyandotte, that number was 16.1%, Jackson County was 15.6%, and Clay County was 13.4%. As followers of Jesus, we are called to welcome the stranger and to feed the hungry. Thank you for all the large and small ways you help our neighbors in need!
