Associate Pastor for Congregational Care
We are searching for an associate pastor for congregational care—someone who will provide leadership and vision for all congregational care activities, including staffing, budgeting, programmatic initiatives, direct care of church members, volunteer teams, and partner relationships. Not only will they be a compassionate, skillful, and loving presence to church members and others in need, this person will also work collaboratively with the other pastors to deliver congregational care, pastoral, and worship leadership.
