There are times when we all need to experience the healing compassion of Christ. Pastoral Care is here to assist you with comfort, support and counsel when life is difficult. If you are in the midst of a challenging season, need someone to listen, or want to have someone pray for you and with you, please contact Linda Alley, pastoral care & counseling coordinator.
Receive Pastoral Care
In the event of an illness, hospitalization, death or emergency, please contact Linda Alley, pastoral care and counseling coordinator. After business hours, please call the main church number, 913-262-4200. This number is answered 24 hours a day, and emergency calls will be connected to the pastor on call.
Prayer Requests
Village Church members believe in the power of prayer. We join together praying with and for one another in both times of happiness and times of sorrow. Make a prayer request, or subscribe to have the weekly prayer list emailed to you.

Prairie Sky Counseling Center
Prairie Sky is a not-for-profit counseling center that offers sliding scale, one-on-one therapy with licensed professional therapists at locations across the metro area, including its home offices at Village Church Antioch Campus and at Mission Campus. Counseling with Dr. Dave Ehman
Dr. Dave Ehman, a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience, offers subsidized counseling at Village Church Mission Campus on Wednesdays. Counseling fees are highly subsidized by Village Church in order to ensure that all who are in need of this service may benefit from it. Dr. Ehman negotiates fees on a sliding scale, and insurance is not accepted. Pastoral Care can refer you, or you may contact Dr. Ehman directly; visit his website for contact information and intake forms.
