Community Grants
Each year, Village allocates funds to nonprofits that care for and protect the vulnerable in Kansas City. Grant applications are open Jan.-March.
Community Grants
Inspired by God’s love, the people of Village Church dedicate time and over $1 million annually to mission work, particularly in areas focused on homelessness, hunger, and education. The Mission Committee of Village Church undergoes a process of discernment, paying attention to the needs we observe in our community and the organizations that are addressing those needs. Village Church Local Community Grants allocate funds to not-for-profit organizations that care for and protect the vulnerable as well as provide opportunities for those who are under-resourced. This year’s community grant recipients are listed here.
