Leaning into Lent: Village High Prayer Stations
This past Sunday, our Village High students leaned into the Lenten season with a meaningful evening of interactive prayer stations. With more than 20 students participating, the room was full of creativity, reflection, and conversation. One station invited students to physically “mold their faith” using playdough while reflecting on how God continues to shape us. Another encouraged students to create bracelets using empowering and faith-centered words as reminders of God’s truth. At the fruit of the Spirit station, students sampled different juices while talking about how the Spirit grows fruit in our lives. It was a thoughtful and engaging way to journey through this season of Lent together. Our middle school students will have an opportunity to experience these stations as well on March 25 as we close out the Lenten season.

We look forward to celebrating our seniors and the exciting season ahead for them.
Praying for Our DR Mission Team
We recently had the joy of sending off our Dominican Republic Mission Trip Team, and we invite everyone to pray for them while they serve. During their time in the DR, the team will be partnering with the Light a Candle Foundation and spending time working in the bateys, communities historically connected to the sugar cane industry. They will be building relationships, serving alongside local partners, and sharing God’s love in meaningful ways. Please pray for safe travel, impactful work, and for the relationships they are building during their time there.
