Looking for a safe, loving, and engaging place for your little one while you take care of your day? Our state licensed Parents Day Out program is designed to give children a fun, nurturing environment to learn, play, and develop social-emotional skills, while giving parents peace of mind and a few hours off duty.
Class runs from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays. Choose the day(s) that fit your family’s schedule, from one to four days per week. Our parents like to mix and match! Children must be 2 years old by Sept. 1 of enrollment year to join PDO.
Enrollment
Village Parents Day Out enrollment may be requested through our Enrollment Application online form. See below for a chart that explains when registration begins for different groups.
Filling out the enrollment application does not guarantee enrollment. All enrollments will be confirmed within two (2) business days with further instructions on submitting your registration fee and tuition deposit. Once enrollment is full, a wait list will be started. No payment will be due until enrollment is secured if you are placed on the wait list.
Once your student has been accepted and enrolled, the completed Medical Forms Packet (right) will be due before the first day of PDO.

FAQs
Can I choose just one day per week?
Yes! You can register for one or multiple days—whatever works best for your family.
Is the enrollment fee refundable?
No. The $100 enrollment fee is non-refundable and due at time of registration. If you choose to not move forward with enrollment, we cannot refund this fee.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month, Sept. through May.
What age does my child need to be?
Children must be 2 years old by Sept. 1 of the enrollment year to participate.
How do I submit required forms?
After registration, we will provide all the required forms via email. You may also access the forms above in the section titled “Enrollment.” Some must be completed online, while others can be printed and returned via email, mail, or dropped off in person. Forms are due prior to the first day of PDO.
Does my child need a health form?
Yes. All health forms are provided in the Medical Forms Packet above in the section titled “Enrollment.” Your child’s pediatrician must complete sections on the Child Health Assessment Form, so plan ahead to bring the form with you to your child’s medical appointment.
