Summer Pop-Ups Cancellation Policy

We are dedicated to providing your family with loving care and meaningful experiences. To help us maintain a well-organized and nurturing environment, we have outlined our cancellation policy for our Summer Pop-Ups below.

  • Classes will be offered based on sufficient enrollment. If a class does not meet the required number of participants, it may be canceled on a week-to-week basis. If this happens, you will receive an email notification.
  • In the event of a class cancellation, you may choose another available event or request a refund.
  • Full refunds are available until May 18, 2025.
  • If you decide to withdraw your child from a class at least two weeks before the class starts, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We are unable to offer refunds within five business days of the class date, as our refund policy is aligned with our enrollment-based structure, which helps support staffing and program costs.
