Young Adult Ministry Christmas Party†
5:30-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, Rooms 232/233 – Register. All young adults (and any kiddos if you have them) are invited for cookies, crafts, and a scavenger hunt at the church. The party continues at Boulevard Brewery at 7:30 p.m. Wear your Christmas pajamas!
“The Night Shift Before Christmas” Musical presented by Morning Stars Children’s Choir

25th Annual Tidings of Joy Christmas Concert*
3 and 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, Sanctuary. Featuring “Gloria by Antonio Vivaldi, “In Terra Pax” by Gerald Finzi, and more. The Village Choirs and orchestra with special guests Matthew Christopher Shepard, Ida Nicolosi, Ryan Board, and Cameron Rolling. Free admission. A free-will offering will be taken to benefit this year’s Signature Mission, Kanbe’s Markets.
Te Deum Choir presents “Carols of Olde”
7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, Sanctuary. Join Te Deum and organist Dr. Elisa Bickers for a program that bridges the ancient and the modern through English carols from the 15th century to today. The concert features medieval chant, Renaissance gems, and contemporary settings, including the premiere of The Sussex Carol by Keane Southard. Audience carols woven throughout the evening invite all to lift their voices in shared song, as we rejoice in the light, hope, and joy of the season. Tickets at te-deum.org.

Village Voices Alumni Gathering
9:30 p.m.-midnight Wednesday, Dec. 24, Young Adult Room. All current and former members of Village Voices Youth Choir are invited to join us for a special Christmas Eve reunion. Meet at 9:30 p.m. for snacks. At 10:15 p.m. we will rehearse a choral piece, and then we will sing it in worship together at the 11 p.m. Christmas Eve service.

9-10 a.m. Sundays, Nov. 30-Dec. 21, Library. The gospel of Matthew doesn’t have a birth story, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t something to learn about Advent from Matthew 1-2. Join Rev. Anna Owens as we take a look at the four women in Matthew’s genealogy.
