Mission

Computer Ministry

The mission of the Computer Ministry is to provide rebuilt personal computers, documentation and training in basic computer skills to selected charitable organizations in the Kansas City area, and to follow the vision of Village Presbyterian Church.

The Computer ministry was established in 2001 on a foundation of friendship and relationships. The ministry has developed partnerships with the Front Porch Alliance, Baptist Seminary, Grandview Park Presbyterian, Operation Breakthrough and other church ministries in the community.

The ministry has an all-volunteer staff from various church congregations. The facilities are located at the Meneilly Center for Mission.

How you can help:

We accept donations of computers with some guidelines. Click here for specifications.  

Repair, refurbish and develop computer offerings for those in need.

Teach and deliver this offering to qualified candidates. Click here for a listing of volunteer opportunities.
